Keith Root Building Services is a Northern Beaches builder. We are a family-owned, multi-award winning residential building business. We have been building and renovating homes on the Northern Beaches for over 30 years.
We are a fully licensed and insured builder, plus a member of the Master Builders Association.
We cover all facets of the residential building market, from a new deck or outdoor living space, to a knock-down and rebuild of a family home. With so much experience we have many clients who have used us for multiple builds. We have also been responsible for some iconic building works such as Baleen at Whale Beach.
We work closely with specialist partners in tiling, plumbing and electrical services. Our suppliers have been carefully selected due to their parallel business principles. Attention to detail, timely delivery and environmental credentials are all important to us. Living on the Northern Beaches ensures that we maintain best practice design and build principles for such a beautiful coastal area.

An Experienced Family Business
Our company founder, Keith Root, has been in the building industry for over 30 years. He worked as the Project Manager for the Concert Hall of Sydney’s iconic Opera House.
Managing Director Tony Root is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of building work. He has been in the working in the family business since 1992. He is responsible for managing and overseeing all building jobs and is the first point of contact for clients.
Project Manager Matthew Root is responsible for the smooth running of individual projects. He takes pride in managing and maintaining a friendly, efficient work site. His relaxed, efficient approach makes client interaction smooth and effortless.
