  • Tony Root

    This is Tony. He joined the company way back in 1993 and is the leader of the Keith Root Building machine. He has decades of experience on all types of jobs and has excellent problem solving skills. That is perfect given he is the father of three children. An Avalon local, he loves boating on Pittwater whenever he can.

  • Matthew Root

    This is Matthew Root. He has worked for the company since leaving school in 1994. Mat has excellent attention to detail, manages all trades and build long lasting relationships with Keith Root Building clients. In his spare time, he loves boating and working on his own home projects. He is a father of two and resides in Avalon.

  • Dan Magill

    Dan, or Magilla as we know him is a gentle giant with a strong work ethic and personable nature. He has been with Keith Root Building for over 14 years and is always focussed on the job. He approaches technical challenges with a smile and a can-do attitude. A resident of the Northern Beaches, he is recently married and in his spare time, loves working on his cars and family projects.

  • Sacha Willesee

    Meet Sacha. he completed his apprenticeship with Keith Root Building after studying Sports and Exercise Management at university and playing in the Sydney Swans AFL premier division. This board skill set gives Sacha a unique perspective that he applies on site and to the business as a whole. He still loves his AFL and barracks for Geelong, even resembling Garry Ablett. He grew up on the Northern Beaches but is a country boy at heart.

  • Ben Murphy

    Ben started his apprenticeship in 2017 alongside Sacha, rocking identical utes which they arranged to park side by side. Ben is laidback and approaches all tasks with a minimum of fuss. He is a hard worker, joining the team seamlessly in the last 18 months, now enjoying the company culture and team environment. He loves the NRL and supports West Tigers while also playing for the Manly marlins. He wears custom tailored Keith Root Building shirts having his mum taper the sleeves for a snug fit to show off his guns.

  • Adam L'Green

    Meet Adam, a dedicated and valued member of the Keith Root Building team. Adam's commitment to his work and personal life is truly inspiring. One of Adam's greatest passions is exploring the great outdoors, and he has found the perfect companion for his adventures in his trusty LandCruiser. Camping trips with his family have become cherished moments where they bond over nature's beauty and create lifelong memories. His ability to seamlessly collaborate and communicate with his colleagues is unmatched, making him an invaluable asset to the company.

  • Joel Sinton

    Introducing Joel, a vibrant member of our team at Keith Root Building. Known as "Billy the Kid," Joel brings a youthful energy and enthusiasm to his work. Living at home, he embraces the freedom and thrill of surfing, often venturing off on exciting getaways. As a dedicated van lifer, he embraces the nomadic lifestyle, constantly seeking new adventures. His well-mannered and respectful demeanor make him a pleasure to work with. He seamlessly integrates into the team, demonstrating his ability to be a strong team player.

  • Jen Hopkins

    Meet Jen. She is the queen of the office and the backbone of our organisation. Since starting at KRBS in 2015, Jen has completely overhauled the administrative side of the business allowing it to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Jen personifies selflessness in every sense of the word and dedicates her time to making sure all the team can focus on their craft and construction. Whether it then be preparing contracts, automating processes or making sure our clients are fully informed where their project is at, she does it all. Jen is the perfect first point of contact for future clientele.

  • Oscar Jenkins

    Allow us to introduce Oscar, a young member of our team at Keith Root Building. Living at home, Oscar embraces his passions for festivals and skateboarding, and has an adventurous spirit. He finds joy in the lively atmosphere of festivals and thrives on the thrill of skateboarding. Oscar is currently in his second year as an apprentice, and his enthusiasm for learning is truly inspiring.

    Jack has recently embarked on his journey with us and is already making waves in the construction industry. As a budding professional, he devotes spare his time to honing his skills. Jack's commitment to his craft is evident in the meticulous attention to detail he brings to every project. With his determination, expertise, and local insight, Jack is poised to become a key contributor to the continued success of Keith Root Building.

    Nathan Pedell, the latest addition to Keith Root Building, arriving in 2023 and brings commendable traits to the team. Despite being the "new guy," Nathan embraces humour, often participating in good-natured jokes, even at his own expense. He is a hard-working member of the team and has great potential.
